You pass the award by emailing the link to your own blog where the award is displayed and notifying your friend that he/she has received an award.
The rules are:
1. Copy the award and the rules from the person who gave it to you and post it on your blog.
2. Have enough good manners to say "thank you" to the person who gave it to you.
3. Link to that person's blog.
4. Pass the award on to one person who you think qualifes and they should in turn pass it on to another.
